RETURN AND EXCHANGE STATUS AND SOLUTION:
All bridal shoes are custom made and sent, No Returns or Exchanges.
As a solution to this situation, 50% discount is made on the second product. The second product is sent according to your request by changing the size or height height.
Customers placing orders from Turkey or abroad will be entitled to receive 50% discount on the second product since they cannot return or exchange. !!!
It is obligatory to add pearls to the sole of the shoes at different heights selected out of the picture, for the products with the selected Height option other than the picture!!!
